Wilson Winfred Easley

Wilson Winfred Easley, of Independence, Louisiana, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the age of 85. He was born on January 28, 1933, in Independence, the son of the late Charles Sydney Easley and the late Thelma Cutrer Easley.

Wilson is survived by his wife of 67 years, Joyce Toney Easley; children, Donna Easley Chavers (Jackie), Cindy Easley Schumacher (John), Randy Easley (Gail), and Ray Charles Easley (Darla); grandchildren, Stephanie, Kimberly, Douglas, Blake, Rhésha, Chassidy, Dustin, Trampus, and Farrah; great grandchildren, Katie, Haley, Konnor, Violet, Lily, Hinton, Brady, Boston, Bryleigh, Colby, Tregan, Tatum, Kailye, and Easton; and siblings, Betty Lasoyne (Pee Wee), Ruby Zito, Dot White, and Kenneth Easley.

In addition to his parents, Wilson was preceded in death by his son, Mark Travis Easley, and brother, Delton Easley.
