Wendy H. Smith

Wendy Hotard Smith passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at the age of 60.  She was born on Tuesday, August 12, 1958 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Mary Agnes Rome and the late Felix F. Hotard.  She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Wendy is survived by her mother, Mary Agnes Rome; husband, Eddy Smith; daughter, Ashley Bates (Jason); son, Dustin Smith; sister, Cindy Oubre (Brian); brother, Beaux Hotard; granddaughter, Hannah; and grandsons, Ethan, Gabriel, Liam, Dustin, Jr., and Dakota.

She is preceded in death by her father, Felix F. Hotard.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation for Wendy on Saturday, August 3, 2019, at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, from 9:00 AM until the memorial service begins at 11:00 AM.
