Wayne David Frederick

Wayne David Frederick  passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 67.  He was born on Sunday, August 26, 1951 in Redding, Pennsylvania to Irene D. Wright and the late Lyle Frederick.  He was a resident of Holden, Louisiana. Wayne was a 20 year veteran of the United States Navy.

Wayne is survived by his mother, Irene D. Wright; wife, Wanda Frederick; daughters, Jessica Frances Blanchard and Janelle Hernandez-Flores; son, Richard Asa Seeber; granddaughters, Christina Bella Afanasjev and Brianna Beau Flores; and his two dogs, Sable and Shaw.

In addition to his father, Wayne was preceded in death by his sister, Donna Frederick.

Services for Wayne were private.
