Warren Collins Babin

Warren Collins Babin passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at the age of 73. He was born on Thursday, July 19, 1951 in Hammond, Louisiana to the late Edna and Murphy A. Babin. He was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Warren is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Estelle Schilling Babin; children, Jeromy Babin (Melissa) and Lorie Babin (Hank Gureasko); grandchildren, Collin Babin, Ethan Schwartz, Jayda Babin, Brennan Schwartz, and Dr. Hank Gureasko; siblings, Barney Babin (Mimi) and Barbara Ayo (Billy), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

 He was preceded in death by his parents, Edna and Murphy A. Babin; as well as his brother, Murphy, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Thursday, August 8, 2024, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Visitation will continue Friday, August 9, 2024, from 9:00 am until services begin at 11:00 am. 

Interment will follow in Frederic Schilling Sr. Family Cemetery, Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
