Virginia Muscarello Arnone

Virginia Rosetta Muscarello Arnone, age 76, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 13, 2026. She was born on August 27, 1949, in Independence, Louisiana. She was the beloved daughter of the late Sarah Baiamonte Muscarello and Frank Muscarello Sr. Virginia was a farmer alongside her husband, Peter V Arnone, and was also a retired school bus driver.

Virginia was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose love for her family was evident in everything she did. She leaves behind a legacy of strength, faith, and unconditional love that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Robin Collura; her grandchildren, Dustin Simoneaux (Erica) and Haley Collura; and her great-granddaughter, Oakley Simoneaux; her siblings, Nicky Muscarello, Sr. (Diane), Frank Muscarello, Jr. (Dona), Donna Miles (Bruce), and Debbi Muscarello (Ty); her loving fiancé, Jimmy Quebedeaux; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Peter V Arnone and her son-in-law, Jimmy Collura.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Eagle Heights Community Church, 47318 Rufus Bankston Road, Tickfaw, Louisiana 70466, on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 9:00- 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Cemetery in Tickfaw, Louisiana.

Pallbearers will be Cole Cooper, Colby James, Marc Muscarello, Nicky Muscarello, Jr., Cody Cooper, and Dustin Simoneaux.
