Victoria Nicole Hinshaw

Victoria Nicole Hinshaw passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 28. She was born on Thursday, January 27, 1994, in Hammond, Louisiana to Marlene Tallo Hinshaw and Charles "Chucky" Hinshaw. She was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.

Victoria is survived by her parents; brother, Tyler Hinshaw and wife Angel; nieces, and the loves of her life, Tallia, Tatum and Valie Hinshaw; aunt and uncle, Patricia and Sammy Tallo; aunt and uncle, Terri and Rickey Hinshaw; aunts, Clare Tallo, Helen Tallo and Mary Ann Hinshaw Berteau; 43 cousins; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Mary (Lato) and Joe Tallo, Jr. and Kay and Robert Hinshaw; uncles, Joe Tallo, III, Louis Tallo and Richard (Dickie) Hinshaw; aunt and uncle, Barbara and Gene Tallo; aunt and uncle, Carla and Russell Tallo; and cousins Mark Tallo and Jimmy Tallo.

Victoria will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, cherished friend, and a dedicated and respected registered nurse.  She was joy-filled and touched the hearts of many. She was a true blessing to all who knew her or fell under her expert care.  

Victoria was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Hammond, LA.  She graduated from Holy Ghost Catholic School and Hammond High Magnet School (2012) where she was a cheerleader for four years. She was also a talented dancer at Lemoine Academy of Dance for 14 years. She attended Southeastern Louisiana University and graduated from Southwest Mississippi Community College School of Nursing (2016). Victoria was an admired and highly regarded registered nurse at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, LA. and Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA.  

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 600 North Oak Street, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, beginning at 9:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM officiated by Father Cayet Mangiaracina, O.P.

Pallbearers are Tyler Hinshaw, Austin Miller, Jake Miller, Brock Barringer, Brandon Tallo, Cole Tallo, Brad Mayronne, Cory Roubique and Robbie Roubique.

Interment will follow in Rose Memorial Park Cemetery, Hammond, Louisiana.
