Vernon Leon "Teti" Leblanc

Vernon Leon "Teti" LeBlanc, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021, at the age of 77. He was born on September 19, 1943, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, the son of the late Ernest D. LeBlanc and Louise Meyers LeBlanc. Teti loved collecting watches and hats, and interacting with people. He has been part of the OPTIONS program since 1999 where he gladly participated in activities and made many friends.

Teti is survived by his sister-in-law, Lorena Sanchez LeBlanc, as wells as numerous nieces, nephews and his entire OPTIONS family.

In addition to his parents, Teti was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Jane St. Cyr, and Rebeccca "Becky" Albin; and brothers, Ernest E. "Gene" LeBlanc, James Albert LeBlanc, and Leroy "Booboo" LeBlanc.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454 on Friday, July 9, 2021 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. A Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 pm, with  Bro. Chris Chavers officiating.

Interment will follow at Ponchatoula Cemetery in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
