Valerie Fuller Dimarco

Valerie Fuller Dimarco, formerly of Marrero, Louisiana, passed away at St. Tammany Parish Hospital on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at the age of 80. She was born on August 27, 1940, in New Orleans, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Henry J. Fuller and Almeda Bruns Fuller. Valerie raised her family and lived in Marrero for most of her life. There she was a member of the Lions Club and VFW Ladies Auxillary. She also loved playing Poker Keno with her circle of friends and visiting the beauty salon. In recent years, Valerie moved to Ponchatoula and lived close to her daughter. Valerie will be missed dearly.

Valerie is survived by her daughter, Peggy Trosclair and her husband Terry; son, Joseph A. Dimarco, Jr. and his wife Suzanne; grandchildren, Justin Trosclair, Chelsie Barcelona and husband Mark, Sydney Dimarco, and Roland Penton; and  great granddaughters, Shelby, Kylie and Kensley Barcelona.

In addition to her parents, Valerie was preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Kern.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
