Travis "Buddy" Patterson

Travis "Buddy" Patterson passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana at the age of 87.  He was born on Thursday, November 21, 1929 in Ponchatoula, Louisiana to the late Aline Cutrer Patterson King and the late George Patterson.  He was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Travis is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Dolores Forstall Patterson; daughter, Robbie Gomez and her husband Harold; brother, Wayne Patterson and his wife Susan; grandchildren, Heather Robertson and her husband Dale, Heath Gomez, and Hunter Gomez and his wife Jamie; and great-grandchildren, Johndale Robertson, Isabella Robertson, Cypress Robertson, Addianna Robertson, Matthew Gomez, Hannah Gomez, Sarah Gomez, and Cooper Gomez.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Patterson; mother, Aline Cutrer Patterson King; and brother, Lavance "Wincy" Patterson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Friday, August 4, 2017 from 10:00 am until the Funeral Service at 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Ponchatoula Cemetery.
