Thomas Roy Jenkins

Thomas Roy Jenkins of Ponchatoula, peacefully passed away at his home on Friday, April 15, 2022 at the age of 68.  Thomas was known for his sense of humor, selfless heart, and his love for his children & family.  He enjoyed the simple things in life and could always be found cooking, camping, building treehouses & forts or going for a late night swim.  His memory will live on through the ones he loved endlessly.

Thomas leaves behind his two children, Matthew Thomas Jenkins (Pam Armstrong) and Sarah Jenkins (Adam Hill); grandchildren, Addie and Kate Hill; sister, Maxine Hoover; brothers, Joe Jenkins and wife Barb, and Michael Jenkins and wife Ramona; ex-wife & long time friend, Maryellen Jenkins; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding Thomas in death are his parents, Paul Max Jenkins Sr and Helen Prokop Jenkins; his brother, Paul Jenkins Jr, and his brother-in-law, Kenneth Hoover.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 11:00am at All Saints Episcopal Church in Ponchatoula. A reception to follow. All Saints Episcopal Church is located at 250 W Hickory Street, Ponchatoula, LA 70454.
