Thomas Chris Motichek

Thomas Chris Motichek passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 60. He was born on Saturday, February 25, 1961 in Phoenix, Arizona to Thomas Paul Motichek and the late Dorothy Schildberg Motichek. He was a resident of Independence, Louisiana.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Donna Motichek; father, Thomas Paul Motichek; son, Jessie Thames; daughter, Nicole Pardue; grandchildren, Westin Gordon, Addyson Thames, and Kyleigh Thames; and brother, Michael John Motichek.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Schildberg Motichek; grandparents, James Anthony Motichek and Mary LeBlanc Motichek; and brothers, Kevin Paul Motichek and Mark Anthony Motichek.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia Street, Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Friday, July 30, 2021, beginning at 9:00 AM until the memorial service begins at 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Ponchatoula Cemetery, Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made toward funeral expenses for Thomas.
