Thelma Jane Sticker Jenkins

Thelma Jane Sticker Jenkins, of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, passed away at St. Tammany Parish Hospital on Sunday, August 30, 2020, at the age of 75. She was born on December 31, 1944, in Bedico, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Henry and Eva Sticker. Jane was a strong woman who was an example of grace and endurance.

Jane is survived by her husband of 53 years, Merlie Jenkins; children, Gerald Jenkins, Christina Daniel (Mark), Tracy Beddingfield; grandchildren, Timothy, Jonathan (Sarah), Arianne, Vincent, Allison (Jake), Benjamin, Josiah, and Leah; brother, Glenn Ray Sticker; beloved pet, Pocket Angel, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her siblings, Gerald Henry Sticker, Ouida Fay Ciresi, and Irwin Sticker, and grandsons, Steven Daniel and Aaron Jenkins.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454 on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.

A Funeral Service will be held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Ponchatoula on Wednesday at 11:00 am, with Rev. Jimmy Wall officiating.

Interment will follow at Sticker Cemetery in Bedico, Louisiana.
