Tammy Ferrara Smith

Tammy Ferrara Smith, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away at her home on Monday, January 10, 2022, at the age of 51. She was born on May 25, 1970, in Hammond, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Frank Ferrara and Ruby Kitchens Ferrara.

Tammy is survived by her husband, James David Smith; daughter, Brittany Smith; son, Chrystain Smith; granddaughter, Aliyah Smith; sister, Bonnie Shelton; brother, Frank Ferrara; and god children, Ana and Ona Maryland.

In addition to her parents, Tammy was preceded in death by her brother, John "Nicky" Ferrara.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.

A Funeral Service will begin on Saturday at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Colonial Cemetery in Independence, Louisiana.
