Summer Leigh Kinchen

Summer Leigh Kinchen passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at the age of 28.  She was born on Wednesday, February 1, 1989 in Hammond, Louisiana, where she was a lifelong resident.

Summer is survived by her loving family: her parents, Kevin Earl & Susan Bruce Kinchen; brother, Kevin Cole Kinchen, sister, Autumn Michelle Kinchen, and brother, Dylan Joseph Kinchen; uncles, Joshua Kinchen and Robin Kinchen; grandparents, Ronnie & Carol Harper, and Earl & Nita Kinchen; mother, Angela Kinchen; and her adoring niece, Harper Nicole Kinchen.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ruth Gatlin Kinchen; great grandparents, Beecher & Linda Gatlin; and aunt, Dawn Harper.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 4:00 pm.  Brother Glynn Fendlason presiding.  Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm and continue until 4:00 pm.
