Stanley M. Neal

Stanley M. Neal was born October 17, 1977, in Natchitoches, LA, the son of Charles Lynn Neal and Mary Margarette Carter Neal, and passed away November 14, 2022, at his home in Ponchatoula at age 45.  He was a piping superintendent for Specialty Welding Services and Turnarounds (SWAT).  Stanley was a beloved husband, son, father, grandfather,  brother, and uncle.  He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Denise Salmon Neal; sons, Garret Neal (Shaylee), Richard Stanley Neal, and Ethan Neal; daughters, Brooke Neal, Juliana Bertucci, Neaveah Cotten, Kacie Salmon, and Tiffany Cotten; brother, Charles Neal (Britton); grandchildren, Levi Cash Neal, Kayleb Bertucci, Kameryn Cotten, Ja’Haven Cotten, and Kailer Cotten;  nephews, Wyatt Neal and Cooper Neal; nieces, Jenna Neal and Audrey Neal; father-in-law, James Salmon; and mother-in-law, Edwina Salmon.  Stanley is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John Ervin Neal and Estelle Neal, and maternal grandparents, Bill Carter and Marie Carter.  Visitation will be held Sunday, November 20, 2022, at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 West Magnolia Street, Ponchatoula from 12:00 p.m. until funeral service at 3:00 p.m. conducted by Chaplain Wayne Ratliff and Rev. Chuck LaCroix.  Burial will follow in Wetmore Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to Denise Neal in care of Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 985-345-5801.
