Sondra Lee Watson

Sondra Lee Watson, of Holden, Louisiana, passed away at her home on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at the age of 70. She was born on August 5, 1951, in Marrero, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Angelo Baio and Joyce Bergeron Baio.

Sondra is survived by her daughter, Bambi Watson; grandchildren, James "D.J." Ard, Dale Wayne Robertson, Jr., Starr Lynn Hughes, Destiny Marie Waller, and Dustin Lee Waller; and great grandchildren, Jaelyn Rae, Archie James, Jasmine, and Little Blake.

In addition to her parents, Sondra was preceded in death by her husband, Slim Watson, daughter, Tina Matherne, and brothers, Luby Baio and Angelo Pancho Baio, Jr.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will begin on Sunday at 2:00 pm.

Interment will follow at St. Margaret Catholic Church Cemetery in Albany, Louisiana.
