Shirley May Cooper Decker

Shirley May Cooper Decker passed away on Monday, August 20, 2018, at the age of 79.  She was born on Thursday, February 2, 1939 in Magnolia, Mississippi.

She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Jerry Decker, daughters, Norma Decker and Cynthia Coats Morgan and her husband Jerry Morgan Jr.; son, Charles Foster, Jr.;grandchildren, Somer Smith, Jeremy Foster, Ashley Clark, Douglas Hawkins, Alyssa, Caleb, and Kayleigh Coats, and Stoney Morgan;great-grandchildren, Hunter, Alexis, Maddix, Cashe, Jessi May, Jaden, and Riley.

She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Cooper; mother, Dollie McGough Cooper; grandson, William Smith; siblings, Jean, Bea, Mary, Clarence, and Loraine.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula, on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. Followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.

Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Garden in Hammond, Louisiana.
