Shirley Hebert Rigdon

Shirley Hebert Rigdon  passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2020, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the age of 84.  She was born on Tuesday, December 24, 1935 in Thibodaux, Louisiana to the late Lucille Lassigene and Evest Hebert.  She was a resident of Independence, Louisiana.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Harry Rigdon, Jr.; children, Shawn Rigdon (Laura Anthony), Shane Rigdon (Darlene), and Scott Rigdon (Laurel); 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was also preceded in death by her children, Shanna and Shannon Rigdon; and her sister, Ruby Forest.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, beginning at 10:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 11:00 AM.
