Shirley Ann Campbell Jackson passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at the age of 94. Â She was born on Saturday, January 15, 1927 in Hammond, Louisiana to the late James H. and Edna Campbell. She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Shirley was a first grade teacher at Tucker Elementary School for 25 years, as well as the owner of Carriage House Antiques for 30 years. Shirley was a charter member of the West Side Baptist Church, as well as a faithful member and worker. She loved the lord, her family, her church and her friends. She was an outgoing and gracious mentor to many. Â

Shirley is survived by her son Tom Jackson; daughter Shirley Jackson Reitzell; grandchildren: Matt, Daniel, and Stephen Reitzell, Michelle Jackson; nine great grandchildren, nephews: Bardin and Howard Nelson; great nieces and nephews Penelope, Christopher, Johnathan Nelson and Nicole Arendale.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years Tommy Jackson; sister Barbara Campbell Nelson; mother and father; James H. and Edna Campbell.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Westside Baptist Church Sunday June 20, 2021 for visitation beginning at 2:00 pm until funeral services start at 3:00 pm.

Internment will follow at Ponchatoula Cemetery.
