Sherry A. Badon

Sherry A. Badon, passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023 at her residence.  She was born in Independence, LA, to the late, Alice Compton and Robert McLee. Sherry loved swimming and vacationing at the beach, soaking up the sun.  She also enjoyed reading, watching movies and online shopping.  Sherry was most proud of her family and loved spending time with them making wonderful memories.  She'd be often found snuggled up to Aubrey, Amelia and Emma sharing her favorite snack, chocolate.  She was a great friend to all who knew her and will be deeply missed.  

She leaves behind her children, Brett Badon and Samantha Drude; siblings, Lori Laurent, Debbie Moore, Shana Lange, Shawn McLee; grandchildren, Jacob Michael McCann (Heather), Savannah Arnone (Michael), Shelby Drude.  Sherry also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Lila McCann, Layton McCann and Milanie Arnone.  

Preceding her in death are her parents; and her grandparents, Delma and Alton "AC" Compton.

The family will hold a service at a later date.
