Shane Dalton Stafford

Shane Dalton Stafford, of Livingston, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022, at the age of 26. He was born on Tuesday, June 18, 1996, in Hammond, Louisiana, the son of Tom "Dooley" and Sharon H. Stafford.

Shane is survived by his parents, Tom "Dooley" and Sharon H. Stafford, his son and pride and joy, Layne Dalton Stafford, brother & sister-in-law, Brett and Courtney Stafford, grandmother, Agnes Dykes, grandfather, Alvin Meche, niece, Amelia Stafford; nephews, Chad Stafford, and Dooley Stafford; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and JoAnn C. Hoyt and grandfather, Walter Stafford.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454 on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.

A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel in Ponchatoula, on Tuesday at 11:00 am, with Pastor Scott Boney and Pastor Nathan Wall officiating.

Interment will follow at Twin Pines Cemetery in Holden, Louisiana.
