Scott Henkel, a lifelong resident of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away December 26, 2021 at the age of 57. Scott was born on April 25, 1964 to Ronnie and Ann Henkel in Hammond, Louisiana.

Scott is survived by his mother Ann Henkel Simmons (Gene), his daughters Emily, Sarah, and Heather Henkel. He also leaves behind two grandchildren Kingston and Jermia Ann, brother Jeff Henkel (Debbie); sister, Stephanie Amos (Steve); nephew, Brennan and nieces: Madison, Karianne, Cailin and Pamela.

He is preceded in death by his father, Frank Ronald (Ronnie) Henkel and grandparents Tennis and Eleanor Mydland and Frank and Nenie Henkel.

Scott was a 1982 graduate of Hammond High.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Thursday, December 30, 2021, beginning at 9:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens, Hammond, Louisiana.
