Sasha Paige Georgia Hano  passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 29.  She was born on Monday, March 25, 1991 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Glenda Efferson Hano and Valmond Hano.  She was a resident of Holden, Louisiana.
Sasha graduated from Amite High School in 2009, after which she got her Certified Medical Associates Degree. Â She attended Delgado, majoring in general studies and was about to obtain her RN license. Sasha enjoyed being a caretaker and helping her patients. She loved holidays and family vacations. Sasha also loved her niece and nephews very much, and she involved her son in everything she did. She supported her family and friends in every way possible, and spent every effort and all of her time on spoiling her son. Sasha was a loving soul that could light up a room with her smiles and laughter. She touched the lives of many people. Sasha was a loving, devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend. To know her was to love her.
Sasha is survived by her son, Trinden Chance Bellazer; parents, Valmond Hano and Glenda Efferson Hano; sister and brother-in-law, Tammy Lard Bankston and Ronnie Bankston; sister and brother-in-law, Bridget Kay Hano and Mark Mouton; sister and brother-in-law, Kenna Hano Route and Willie Route; sister and brother-in-law, Valorie Bradley and Bobby Bradley; niece, Skylar Bankston; nephews, Landen Istre, Hunter Bankston, Kassidy Route, Kennady Route, and Kamden Route; grandmother, Abbyteen Hoyt; aunt, Sandra Hano; uncle, Dub Whitehead; great-niece, Charlotte Rose Kleinpeter; a special aunt, Beverly Neal; and her dog, Jake.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Hamilton and Georgia Efferson, and Willie Hano and J.D. Hoyt; her brother-in-law, Ravien Istre; her two aunts, Brenda Efferson Wascom and Annette Whitehead; and her uncles, Michael Bryant Hoyt, and Leroy Hano and his wife, Susan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Saturday, February 20, 2021, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Â The visitation will continue the following day, Sunday, February 21, 2021, at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, beginning at 9:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 1:00 PM.
Pallbearers will be Landen Istre, Mark Mouton, Willie Route, Hunter Bankston, Ronnie Bankston, Cody Douglas, Stanley Jordan, and Herman Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be Duane Buchanon, Wesley Hano, Ivy McManus III, Shaun Douglas, Joshua Anthony, Jared Benoit, and Israel Suarez.
Interment will follow in Courtney Cemetery, Holden, Louisiana.
