Sally Ann Russo Turnage

Sally Ann Russo Turnage  passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2017, in Covington, Louisiana, at the age of 65.  She was born on Sunday, September 2, 1951, in Hammond, Louisiana to the late Emma Madeline McDaniel Russo and Salvadore Russo.  She was a resident of Tickfaw, Louisiana.

Sally Ann is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Caroline and Lolan Coates, sister, Jeanette Crain, and sister and brother-in-law, Eleanor Rose and Alan Hunter; and nieces and nephews, Kathleen Chambers, Albert Coates, Sal Drott, Stephanie Dixon, and Chris Hunter.  Also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Teaurlin Turnage; and her parents Emma Madeline and Salvadore Russo.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service in the chapel of Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 11:00 am.  Visitation will begin at 9:00 am and continue until service time.

Inurnment will follow in Wetmore Cemetery, Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
