Rudolph Joseph Ellenberger, Sr.

Rudolph Joseph Ellenberger, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 94.  He was born on Thursday, September 2, 1926 in Wadesboro, Louisiana to the late Rosie Yent and Jacob Ellenberger.  He was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Rudolph is survived by his daughters, Jeannette Kirby (Mike), Brenda Alfano (Vince), Darlene Tallo (Bobby), and Cecilia Sacra (Duane); sons, Bradford Ellenberger (Mary Lou), Cecil Ellenberger (Belinda), Rudolph Ellenberger, Jr. (Diane); 13 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Rudolph is preceded in death by his wife, Cecile Dugas Ellenberger; son, Richard Ellenberger; son-in-law, Bobby Tallo; and daughter-in-law, Mary Lou Ellenberger.

Services for Rudolph will be private.
