Ruby Ann Ridgedell Carcamo Womack

Ruby Ann Ridgedell Carcamo Womack passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the age of 53.  She was born on Sunday, March 9, 1969 in Independence, Louisiana to Elaine Ballard Cash and the late Jerry Ridgedell.  She was a resident of Denham Springs, Louisiana.

Ruby is survived by her mother, Elaine Ballard Cash; husband, Joshua Womack; sons, Jordan Carcamo and Jacob Womack; grandson, Keagan Carcamo; brother, James Ridgedell (Chelsea Johnston); best friend and step-sister, Rachel Kent; nephew, Lawston Ridgedell; uncle, Nelson "Tojo" Ballard; and cousin, Angelica Ridgedell.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Ridgedell; her nephew, Layton Ridgedell; and her best friend and first husband, Marco Carcamo.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, beginning at 10:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 1:00 PM.

Interment will follow in Briar Patch Cemetery, Loranger, Louisiana.
