Roy "Bo" Delano Skipper

Roy “Bo” Delano Skipper, of Summit Mississippi, passed away in McComb Mississippi, on Wednesday, May 24 at the age of 85. He was born on Wednesday, July 21, 1937, in Magnolia, Mississippi.

Roy is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Angie and Billie Morgan; daughter, Elizabeth "Beth" Skipper; son & daughter-in-law, Alan and Michele Skipper; stepdaughter Gale Berry; sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Robert Rhodus; grandchildren, Sonny Bigner, Jan Bigner, Andrew Skipper and Nicole Skipper, two great-grandsons, Devon Bigner and Deuce Bigner, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Norma Jane Smith; parents, Robert Leroy Skipper and Loraine Elizabeth Morris Skipper; brothers, Nathan Wayne Skipper and Robert Lee Skipper.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Deaconess home health nurses, Kay Henry, Courtney Windom, and Shelby Mitchell for their excellent care and compassion .

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Friday, June 2, 2023 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Visitation will continue at on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 8:00 am until 9:00 am.
With the funeral service beginning at 9:00a.m.

Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Gardens 41372 Thompson Drive in Hammond, Louisiana.
