Rosemary Hano

Rosemary Hano, 63 years old of Independence, Louisiana, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 26, 2017, at Hood Memorial Hospital in Amite with her family by her side. She was born on Wednesday, May 27, 1953, in New Orleans, Louisiana to Alvin and Willa Dean St. Romain.  Rosemary enjoyed life and loved yard sales, floating down the river, camping and milking cows, but she especially loved spending time with her family.

Rosemary is survived by her loving husband, William Hano, Sr., her daughters, Paulette Tullos and her husband Jerry Short, Janie St. Romain and husband Tim Addison, Eunice Anthony and her husband Lester, Carol St. Romain and her husband Jabo Wallace and Rebecca Richard and her husband Johnny, her sons, Samual Tullos, Henry Joe Tullos, Mr. and Mrs. William Hano, Jr., Tommy Hano, Cleo Hano and his wife Debra and Joseph Hano and his wife Lisa, her grandchildren, Kayla, Jay, Desirea, Mary, Sherrie, Destiny, Tommy, Nikki, CJ St. Romain, Ariel, Ashley, Joe, Jessica, Chasity, Darrell, James, Kristina, Aleshia, CJ Hano, Boogie, Shelby, Brandon, Joe, Brittany, Jennifer, Brianna, Annebelle, Wyatt, Samantha and Johnny and numerous great grandchildren her brother, Joseph St. Romain and his wife Brooke, her sisters, Carol Mullen and her husband Butch and Diane Barber and her husband William, also many nieces, nephews and close friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Willa Dean St. Romain, her 1st husband Samuel Tullos, her son, David Hano and her brothers, Michael and James St. Romain.

A Visitation for Rosemary will be held on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and continue on Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond. A Funeral Service Celebrating Rosemary's Life will immediately follow Saturday's visitation at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in the Natalbany Cemetery in Independence.
