Rose Riggio Wright

Rose Riggio Wright passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 83.  She was born on Friday, April 22, 1938 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Catherine Maldonado and the late Guy Riggio.  She was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.

Rose is survived by her children, Charles Rudolph (Evette), Ronald,  Guy, David (Monique) Wright, grand-children, Veronica Fonseca, Melanie Brunet, Nicole Terrance, Egypt Rose Wright, Chelsi Wright, Kayleigh Baillio, Chrissy Wright and Seth Wright, as well as 11 great-grandchildren, and her siblings, Gasper and Gladys Riggio.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy Riggio and Catherine Maldonado; her two late husbands, Charles Wright Sr. and Kenneth Wright; daughter, Kimberly Wright, sisters, Kathleen Riggio and  Barbara LeBouf; and brother, Charles Riggio.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Rose Memorial Park Cemetery, Hammond, Louisiana.
