Rose Lala Notariano

Rose Lala Notariano  passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 92.  She was born on Tuesday, May 29, 1928 in Hammond, Louisiana to the late Josephine Varisco and the late Joseph Lala.  She was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.

Rose is survived by her husband, Steve Notariano, Sr.; sons, Gary Guidry (Lynn) and Steve Notariano, Jr. (Ashley); daughter, Stacie Notariano Trier (Mark); grandchildren, Scott Guidry (Kate), Nicole Jenkins (Cheyenne), Marcie Lowery (Zach), Stephen Notariano, and Christopher Notariano; great-grandchildren, Hayden Guidry, Madelynn Lowery, Connor Guidry, Lawson Jenkins, and Lane Jenkins; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her first husband, Ferdie Leo Guidry and her siblings, Lena Monteleone, Joseph Lala III, Brazil Lala, Sammy Lala, Mary Margaret Powless, and Rita Lezu.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Monday, July 20, 2020 at Harry McKneely & Son in Hammond, 2000 N Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, beginning at 12:30 PM until 2:30 PM. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Hammond, 600 N Oak Street, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, at 3:00 PM.

Interment will follow in Rose Memorial Park Cemetery, Hammond, Louisiana.
