Ronald Keith "Ronnie" Hutchinson

Ronald Keith “Ronnie” Hutchinson, age 60 of Springfield passed away on Friday, November 11, 2016 in Hammond. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 38 years Peggy Hutchinson and their puppies who were his “children” and a constant source of love and joy.

Ronnie is also survived by his sister Brenda Hutchinson Barker, his brother Bobby and his wife Neva, Glen and his wife Lana, Dale and his wife Ulana and Tommy and his wife Susan, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Ronnie is preceded in death his parents Alice and Huntley, his paternal and maternal grandparents and brother in law Rusty Barker.

Ronnie was a truck driver by vocation whose travels took him across the country for over 30 years.

Ronnie approached each adversity in his life with determination, optimism and deep faith and was a great source of inspiration to all who knew him.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate Ronnie’s Life will be held at the Woodland Baptist Church 225-294-5530, 27929 Hwy 1037 in Springfield on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.

In lieu of flowers the family wished all memorial contributions be made to the ASPCA (aspca.org) or The Humane Society (hsus.org).
