Roger Allen Nave, Sr.

Roger fought a very hard and long battle with Lewy body dementia.  He passed away March 23, 2021,and is finally at peace.  

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Dianne Gonzales Nave; and son, Mark Daniel Nave, and preceded in death by his son, Roger Allen Nave, Jr.  He has four grandchildren, Brittany Rae Nave, Casey Allen Fontenot, Christopher Daniel Nave, and Lindsey Marie Nave.  He was a lifelong fan of LSU football.  If he saw someone wearing an LSU cap or shirt he would say “Go Tigers!”

The family will receive friends at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, Saturday March 27, 2021, from 1:00 pm until a memorial service at 3:00pm.

Face masks are now mandatory to attend any visitation or service at the funeral home. Thank you for your cooperation.
