Rodney C. (Tittle) Smith

Rodney C. (Tittle) Smith, of Albany, Louisiana, passed away at on Saturday, November 6, 2021, in Nashville TN. at the age of 71. He was born on Wednesday, September 27, 1950, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Tittle was a member of the Carpenters Local Union out of New Orleans and Baton Rouge. He never met a stranger and would have conversation with everyone he past. He enjoyed watching and talking about football and riding around visiting with businesses and friends in the town of Albany.

Rodney is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Crystal and Roger Bourgeois, brother & sister-in-law, Terry and Sue  Smith, grandchildren, Michael Cane Mullins, Rodney Kyle Mullins, Leslie Ann Mullins, also survived by 6 great-grandchildren,.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Percy Smith and Ruby K. Smith, daughter, Candace Smith Phillips.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

A graveside Service will be held at Hillcrest Church of God Cemetery in Brookhaven Mississippi  on Wednesday at 11:00 am, with Rev. John Smith officiating.
