Robert Craig "Bob" Saravalli

Robert Craig "Bob" Saravalli, of Maurepas, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the age of 75. He was born on June 19, 1950, in Oak Park, Illinois, the son of the late Robert Herman Saravalli and Nellie Raney Saravalli. Bob was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a dedicated and hardworking handyman, incredibly skillful when it came to fixing appliances and cars, and diagnosing problems. Bob also passed his knowledge on to his two daughters so they could enjoy the freedom of fixing things for themselves. He loved raising chickens and sharing the eggs with friends and family. Bob's spirit of helping, giving and teaching will be his legacy and he is missed by all who loved him.

Bob is survived by his wife, Brenda Morris Saravalli; daughters, Denise Nicole Shockley (Curtis) and Ashley Lynne Palmer (Terry); grandchildren, Danie Nicole Platt (Gil), Seth Taylor Johnson, Terry Lee Plamer III, Kiyah Azraelle Shockley, Kirk Andrew Palmer, Kaizlyn Lee Shockley, and Keirslyn Nicole Shockley; siblings, Susan Saravalli Charters (Tom), Janice Saravalli Thomas (Dean), and Richard Saravalli (Bridget); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Committal Service will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
