Richard Ritchey, Sr.

Richard Ritchey, Sr. passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 74. He was born on Tuesday, September 11, 1951, in San Francisco, California, to the late Henry and Donna Ritchey. He was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.

Richard is survived by his wife, Deborah Ritchey; son, Richard Ritchey, Jr.; daughter & son-in-law, Lori McAuliffe (Shaune); grandchildren, Brian and Christie MAuliffe, Bryce Ritchey, Haileigh Ritchey, and Baley James (Jason); and siblings, Ramona Freeman (Scott), Rhonda Doyle (Dan), Roger (Melanie) and Robert Ritchey.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Donna Ritchey.
