Richard King Fendlason

Richard King Fendlason passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 78.  He was born on February 24, 1936 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Aline Stevens Fendlason and the late George Wagner Fendlason.  He was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.  Richard was an oilfield worker and enjoyed gardening, hunting, and fishing.  

Richard is survived by his half-brothers, David N. Fendlason, and Harold Todd; children, Richard Fendlason, Maurice Fendlason, and Victor Fendlason; and ex-wife, Hilde Foster.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Wagner Fendlason; mother, Aline Stevens Fendlason; brother, Andrew Fendlason; and daughter, Bonnie Fendlason.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 9:00 am until the Memorial Service at 10:00 am.
