Raymond Joseph Genusa

Raymond Joseph Genusa, age 52, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020, at home with his family by his side. He was born on Thursday, March 21, 1968, in Marrero, Louisiana, to Raymond and Linda Genusa. Raymond enjoyed life and loved fishing, football (he was a huge Saints fan), he loved watching Forged in Fire and Custom Car Builders, but he especially loved spending time with his family. 

Raymond is survived by his loving wife of over 21 years, Cornelia"Lynn" Moore Genusa, his daughters, Kristi Duggan and her husband Richard and Brittany Greiner and her husband Joshua, his son, Derek Michael Genusa, his grandchildren, Eli Greiner, Brooklyn Greiner and Jaelynn Rae Genusa, his furbabies, Gumbeaux Ray and Breesy Lynn, his parents, Raymond and Linda Genusa, his sister, April Wells and her husband Anthony, his mother in law, Cornelia Johnson and his sister in law, Belinda Moore, also, many nieces,nephews, cousins and close friends. 

Raymond was preceded in death by his father in law, Billy Moore and his sister in law, Jana Charles.
