Ralph Joseph Chatelain

Ralph Joseph Chatelain, of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at the age of 64. He was born on July 3, 1957, in Metairie, Louisiana. Ralph was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Karen; children, Cristine Chatelain (Ron Cantrell) and Jeffrey Chatelain (Corie); mother, Anna Mae LaBorde Chatelain; step-daughter, Kimberly Murray; step-son, Joshua Pierce; grandchildren, Tabitha, Taylor, Kirstie, Ariel, Siena, Elsie, Trevor, Caden and Madelyn; great-granddaughter, Sophia; and sisters, Karen Cassou and Gwen Chatelain.

He was preceded in death by his by his father, Roger Joseph Chatelain.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454 on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.

A Funeral Service will be held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Ponchatoula on Wednesday at 11:00 am.

A Graveside service will follow at 12:30 pm at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Slidell, Louisiana.
