Pietrina DiVittorio Graffia, of Ponchatoula, LA, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022, at North Oaks Hospital in Hammond, LA. Â She was 85 years old. Â Pietrina was the only daughter, and last legacy of Frank and Catherine Schillaci DiVittorio of Independence, LA, immigrants from Sicily, Italy. Â Pietrina, affectionately known as Aunt B to some, or Pat to others, was a loving wife to her husband of 51 years Tony Graffia. Â They enjoyed everyday life activities and were always together. Â She is also survived by brother-in-law, Salvatore Graffia & wife Janie, sisters-in-law, Olivia DiVittorio and Norma Jean DiVittorio. Â Although Pietrina had no children of her own, her greatest pleasures were most likely at family gatherings with her nieces and nephews and their children. Â Surviving nephews and nieces include Jason, Sammy, and Ryan Graffia; Frank (Donna) DiVittorio, Jeanne (Shaan) Rube, Â Caroline (Rick) Priest, Â Dr. Roy (Kim) DiVittorio; Â Lisa (Mark) Camelo; Frank DiVittorio, Sammy (Marcie) DiVittorio. Â Pietrina was a devout Catholic and no doubt will be welcomed by the Lord to her new home in heaven where she will be joined by her parents; brothers, Roy J., Dan J., and Tony J. DiVittorio; niece, Denise; and nephew Danny DiVittorio. Â There will be a graveside service at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at Colonial Mausoleum, Independence , LA.
