Peter L. Bentivegna Sr.

Peter Luke  Bentivegna  Sr. passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2019, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 90.  He was born on Tuesday, August 7, 1928 to the late Lena Rotolo and the late Luke Bentivegna.  He was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.

Peter is survived by his wife, Marilyn  Edwards Domiano Bentivegna, daughters, Sandra Pierre, Carol Payne, Sherri Bentivegna, Dianne Waltman, & Linda Pierre, son, Peter Luke Bentivegna, Jr., four step- daughters; Regina Bennett, Elizabeth Simms, Lisa Perrin, & Phyllis Domiano Martin, sister Nora Lumino, brother, Carogo Bentivegna, 24 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Luke  Bentivegna; mother, Lena Rotolo Bentivegna; former wife, Audrey Bentivegna; and two brothers, Santo Bentivegna, Carogo Bentivegna; .

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401on Tuesday, June 4th, 2019 at 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Pompeii Cemetery, Tickfaw, Louisiana.
