Peggy L. Derks

Peggy L. Derks passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022, in Bogalusa, Louisiana, at the age of 58. She was born on Monday, March 16, 1964 in Covington, Louisiana to the late Katherine Derks and the late Harley Derks. She was a resident of Bogalusa, Louisiana.

Peggy is survived by her son, C.J Williams (Linzie), and their children, Tracie and Austin, her stepson, Clyde Williams, Jr., as well as eight other grandchildren, her sisters, Mary Slagle, Erla Mae, Lola Mae, Sue, and Jeanette Perrilloux, her brothers, David, Eddie and Randy Derks, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Williams, Sr.; son, Hezzie Williams; parents, Katherine and Harley Derks; sister, Barbara Perrilloux; and brothers, Kenneth and Harley John Derks.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 4:00 pm. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Morse Cemetery, Bedico, Louisiana.
