Patricia Arline Lobell Vincent passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024, in Covington, Louisiana, at the age of 87. She was born on Tuesday, January 5, 1937 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Adam Bernard Lobell and the late Ophie Fayard Lobell. She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Patricia was a lifelong member and a great supporter of Blood River Church of God. She was also a member of both the Colonial Dames of America and the Daughters of the American Revolution. Patricia also belonged to the Daughters of the King Ladies Christian Group. She was an entrepreneur as a young woman in the 1950s, opening her own interior design shop, called the Decor Shoppe, with her good friend and business partner, Louise Newton.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Karen Higgins and her husband, Todd; grandchildren, Mark James Vincent, Jr. and Katie Ann Higgins; sister, Sharyn Lynn Lobell; niece, Dr. Jennifer N. Engler and her husband, Tony Ruppert; great-nephew, Harrison Ruppert Engler; and best friend, Erla Jean Ziegelmeier Lulue.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, John James Vincent; and her son, Mark James Vincent, Sr.
Services for Patricia will be private.
