Pamela Folks Trice

Pamela Folks Trice peacefully passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025, in Covington, Louisiana, at the age of 64. She was born on Sunday, December 18, 1960, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to the late Rhoda Rutkin Folks and Frank E. Folks, Jr. She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Pamela lived life with a full heart and a joyful spirit. With a passion for travel, she explored the world, always meeting others with kindness and compassion. Pamela was generous, happy, and always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. She had a love for animals, especially her sweet dog, Betsy. She will be deeply missed by her children, as well as by all who knew and loved her.

Pamela is survived by her son, Daniel Trice; daughter, Rachel Binder (Jeremy); granddaughter, Hannah Binder; sister, Rhonda Pritchett (David); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Rhoda Rutkin Folks; father, Frank E. Folks, Jr.; sister, Linda Mulkey; and brothers, Larry Folks and Gary Folks.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana, from 10:00 am until the service begins at 2:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Sand Hill Cemetery, Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

In memory of Pamela, donations may be made to Louisiana CASA or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, causes she was deeply passionate about and held close to her heart.
