Opal Mary Pruden

Opal Mary Pruden passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, in River Ridge, Louisiana, at the age of 65. She was born on Friday, December 25, 1953, in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Gloria Juka and the late Daniel Herrmann.  She was a resident of Jefferson, Louisiana.

Opal is survived by her sons, Heath Kreamer and wife Gail and Brock Kreamer and wife Bonnie; grandchildren, Elizabeth Deloris, Elizabeth Faye, Jacob, Abbygail, Audrey, Jonathan, Ian, and Paul; mother in law, Germaine Pruden; sisters, Claudette Arcement and Dorothy Rudolph; brothers, Daniel and Donald Herrmann; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Clayton Pruden; and sister, Cheryl Basse.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd., Hammond, Louisiana, on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 3:00 pm. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 1:00 pm until service time.
