Nicholas Scott Edwards

Nicholas Scott Edwards entered his eternal rest on Saturday morning, March 11,2023, at North Oaks Medical Center, he was 29 years old. born on March 1, 1994, to Howard L Edwards II and the late Lynette Torres Edwards.  He was a native of Hammond LA and a resident of Tickfaw, LA. Nicholas was a great baseball player and his favorite team was the LSU Tigers.  He was a boiler maker at various petroleum plants. One of his favorite past times was playing with his dogs, Shadow and Deuce.

 Nicholas is survived by his father Howard L Edwards II and fiancé Heidi Ockman; his grandmother JoMarie Calderone Torres; his aunts Monica Scafidel (Ronald), Dayna Bonfiglio (David), and aunt/ godmother Therese Mosher(Delbert); uncle Kevlin Braun; and godfather Bernie Braun; as well as numerous cousins.

 He was preceded in death by his mother Lynette Torres Edwards; grandparents, Howard L Edwards I and Margie Edwards; grandmother Pearl Braun Edwards; grandfather Leonard Torres; great-grandmother, Phine Calderone; uncles Ronnie Braun and David Braun; aunt Lucy Braun; and cousins Blake Desroche and Andrew Mosher.

 A private graveside memorial service will be held at a later date for his burial at Pompeii Cemetery in Tickfaw, LA.
