Myra Pellandini Chapoton

Myra Pellandini Chapoton, 73 years old of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away  Saturday, December 9, 2017, at her residence.

She was born on Tuesday, November 21, 1944, in New Orleans, Louisiana, daughter of the late Elmore and Amy Bordelon Pellandini.

She graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming.

Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Ronald Chapoton, sons & daughters-in-law, Mitchell R. and Jill O. Chapoton,  Douglas M. and Amanda H. Chapoton; grandchildren, Jack M., Julia E., Sally A,  Ian D., and Brynne R. Chapoton; her sister, Sandra P. Campbell, and numerous cousins.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 9:30 am until 11:00 am at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond.

Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday,  at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow in the Rose Memorial Park Mausoleum in Hammond, Louisiana.
