Mike C. Sterling
He is preceded in death by his father Mike C. Sterling Sr., his mother Ruth Staggs Clark, his brother Lanny Roy Sterling, and his sister Connie R. Sterling.
He leaves behind his wife Sandra Sterling, his children; Brandy Warren, John Jarrod Sterling, Angel Rose Sterling, Hunter Sterling, and a sister Sherry Sue Waltman.
He was grandfather to Destiny Carlton, Nicholas Decker, and Alex Decker.
Great Grandfather to Grayson Blenis, Kenny Decker, and Addeline Decker.
A Marine Corp vet who loved his country and was always prepared to defend it, he loved his family with that same passion and commitment. He was a member of the lion’s club and served on the Ponchatoula Strawberry Board for several years. He spent many years working in the chemical plants to provide for his family.
He would do anything for the people he loved and will be greatly missed.
Services will be held at Bedico Church of God 28346 Highway 22 East, Ponchatoula La on Saturday March 23, 2024, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
