Michael is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Melinda and Preston Tynes; daughter & son-in-law, Michele and Greg Woods; grandchildren, Laken Danos(Michael), Jordan Vicknair(Todd), Brittany Misita(Ace), Krista Christian(Daniel), Brent Tynes(Charlotte), and Brandon Woods(Jordan); and great-grandchildren, Blaire, Lainey, Kayleigh, Ava, Crew, Ollie, Camille, Kip, Cohen, and Amelia.
In addition to his parents, Michael is also preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Virginia Trapen Guzzardo; and his siblings, Ginger Henderson, Guy Guzzardo, Sam Guzzardo, Joe Guzzardo, and Josephine Levatino.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Monday, March 11, 2024, from 8:30 AM until 10:30 AM. A funeral mass will follow the visitation at Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church, 14450 LA-442, Tickfaw, Louisiana 70466, at 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church Cemetery, Tickfaw, Louisiana.
