Michael Fulton Byrd

Michael Fulton Byrd passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017, at the age of 65.  He was born on Monday, March 24, 1952 in St. Joseph, Louisiana to the late Marjorie Rowan Fulton Byrd and the late Vincent Culver Byrd.  He was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.

Michael is survived by his loving wife, Pam Ballay Byrd; sons, David Byrd and Matthew Byrd and wife Audrey; grandchildren, Andrew, Maile, Aaron, and Micah Byrd; sister, Diane Byrd Irwin and her husband George Henry Irwin, Jr.; and brother, Patrick Ernest Byrd.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Culver Byrd; mother, Marjorie Rowan Fulton Byrd; brother, Robert Vincent Byrd; grandparents, Robert Yancy Byrd and Camelia M. Letchworth Byrd, and grandparents, Richard Eustis Fulton and Francis Rowan Fulton.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at The Gathering Place International Church, 30740 LA-43, Albany, Louisiana 70711, on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 1 PM until the Celebration of Life Service at 2 PM.
