Michael Louis Allemand

Michael Allemand passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at the age of 81. He was born on Sunday, September 13, 1942 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Marie Delaune and the late Luke Louis Allemand. He was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. 

Michael is survived by his wife, Irma Allemand; daughters, Angela Galjour and adopted daughter April Edwards and son-in-law, Joseph Galjour; grandchildren, Jasmine and Michael Galjour (Emily), great grandchildren, CJ and Eliska Galjour, Chance Chauvin, Michael Knight, and Chico.

He was also preceded in death by his sister, Amelia Allemand Whitted; and nephew, T.R. Whitted. 

There will be no services held for Michael Allemand, the family thanks everyone who has already reached out to offer their condolences.
